Our samp is also sold in bulk. Our mills are located in a key maize producing region of Zimbabwe. As a result, we can effectively source top quality Zimbabwe maize that has been sun ripened and naturally dried.

Maize Grits

Maize Grit, or corn grits, are dried corn kernels which have been ground into a fine, medium, or coarse texture. The finely ground grits may be used as corn flour to produce gluten-free foods, pastries, cookies, and cakes. It may also be used as a food filler, a binder, and a thickener.

Cornflour

Cornflour is the starch derived from corn grain. The starch is obtained from the endosperm of the kernel. Corn starch is a common food ingredient, often used to thicken sauces or soups, and to make corn syrup and other sugars.

Germ Meal

Germ Meal is the by-product of oil extraction from corn germ obtained from corn processing. It is a mid-range protein and energy ingredient suitable for all classes of livestock.

Maize Bran

Maize bran is a milling item produced from the hard-outer corn kernel layer. It is very high in fiber like the other cereal brans and widely used in different food products

Maize Meal
Also known as mealie meal or maize meal, is a relatively coarse flour made from maize. The raw ingredient of mealie meal is added to boiling water, the ratio of which produces either porridge or the firmer pap/nshima/sadza.
